You must create an account to participate in auctions. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
All bids are binding commitments. Once placed, bids cannot be retracted. The highest bid at auction close wins the item. Bid sniping protection may extend auctions by a set period when bids are placed near closing time.
Winners must complete payment within the timeframe specified in the auction listing. Failure to pay may result in account suspension and negative feedback.
Sellers must accurately describe items, provide clear photos, and ship items within the stated timeframe. Misrepresentation of items may result in disputes and account penalties.
Users may not list illegal items, counterfeit goods, hazardous materials, or items that violate intellectual property rights. The platform reserves the right to remove any listing at its discretion.
In case of disputes between buyers and sellers, both parties should first attempt to resolve the issue directly. If unresolved, the platform's dispute resolution team will mediate.
The platform acts as a marketplace facilitator and is not a party to transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed.
